today i spent a few hours at the beach. the beach do me good. listening to the waves. except for that, it has been a fine, long weekend. ate a lot of cheese. saw a few artichokes growing in the garden. wore a lot of flowery things without realizing. started jogging. very slowly… next weekend i am expecting guests from the netherlands, oh, i am so excited! have a good week.
