if we were living in the same town....

i would have......
cooked you a splendid sara meal. opened a bottle of red wine. played you your favorite songs. asked you to show me some of your photos. went through the bookshelves.
talked about anything between heaven and earth.

but since you are not,
i will just go to sleep.

nighty night mr. c

potassium, here i come!

this time, i'm preparing for the battle! which almost gives me motivation to deal with it.

so, i've read that dysmenorrhea can be relieved by eating loads of potassium (kalium in swedish). hence, for a few days now, i'm redmodeling my diet. the last three days, i had some kind of potatoe dish. (which anyhow, the winter makes me german, i long for mashed potatoes and stewed veggies)
i eat loads of bananas. and abricots. leavy greens will also do.

then, when hell breakes loose, i will chew fresh ginger, and massage a few acupressure points that might help.

anyhow, i believe i will manage better this month,
unless my neck is still as fucked as it is right now.
then,
painkillers, you will have to do the job!
i will cheat on my believe.

it ain't over until it is over

the weekend as it was. partially...
i overstretched/tore a muscle in the neck, which was one of the most painful experiences ive had in a long time. on top of that, i treated it all wrong to begin with. which made it worse. yesterday night, i finally gave into painkillers, due to lack of sleep. and hoping it would decrease the inflammation. which seems to have happened. holding my thumb!

noW....
question:
does maybe mean no???

colored reality

bright colored candies in a grey train station.

in this city, where i wouldn't wanna live, even if someone paid me to.

there was something really sad about it.

lollie pink

there was this story on the news in IL not long ago, about a boy who apparently got an inflammation in his tongue (and he had a piercing) and died.
so, for a few days, the woman working in our local minimarket and some other people tried to convince me to take it out.(not that i am very fond of it, it is just a memento from a long, long time ago)

now, my friend itzik, below, got his aunt to pay him 1000 shekels when he got rid of his!!! that boy sure knows how to make a buisness.

p.s lollies are my new chocolate? almost, im trying something out...

november/go figure

there is a tiny bit of autumn feeling. even here. though today and yesterday the sun is shining, so warm.
i've upgraded my kitchen by putting four blocks under the legs of the table. all of a sudden i can cook without bending over, which was killing my lower back.
jihoo! and it all is a result of a dream!

like yeats said,
in dreams start responsibility...

as different as it gets

i don't know about you, but when i see those happy little lives on my silverbeet, i feel relieved! phu, if something so small and fragile survives munching on this....
GO ECO!!

goodmorning studio! (these days, we have air, light and sunshine entering our workspace)

goodevening studio! having a tea with yuko the choreographer!

and this is how it looks at night time. so cosy...when we bring our own lamps and burn candles. and do OUR stuff in there.

home, sweet, home

left over brownies. tastes like heaven.

i mind crumbles in the bed. still, i enjoy too much to read and eat at the same time. today i finished 'kafka on the shore'.

korean pumpkin candies, and organic dates.

yesterday i cleaned my house and started to prepare it for the cold season. carpets on the chilly floor. it feels very cosy here now. also, i made some yoghurt. always feel empowering to make it yourself!
today, im still in my pj's (for some reason, im only wearing red colors), ive been reading, eating, thinking and talking.

have an inspiring week!

i've missed my cam!

today, i found two turtles in the grass. when two male turtles meet eachother, they usually fight, so you can hear the shells knocking towards the other.

someone is successfully growing mushrooms on a log in the bathroom. eatable ones....not the magic kind!

i found a beret? in the second hand store. for less than a euro. i like it!

the first cup of homemade glögg, with a bloated raisin at the top.

today

i received such a lovely little package from miss pink. all the way from korea.
it made my day. (strawberry earrings, pumpkin candy, a book i've been wanting to read)

but

in an orthodox forest, with a fly on my foot

to love ourselves...

they say

home is where the heart is. but what about when your heart feels home in many places?
