calling home

_MG_9748

~staying in touch, picking up the phone, writing a postcard, sharing. I want to prioritize it more, my long distance relationships.

counting the days before going to sweden, looking forward, anticipating.

love how this capture tells the story of a tired traveller, reaching out, reconnecting.

(i need your place of birth)

Modern travel can weary even the veteran ... giving cause to reach out and connect ... your picture shows this beautifully :-)

Dear Sara, you have captured such a heartfelt emotion ! I also have long distance relationship with parents, relatives, in-laws because they live far away and I try my best to keep in touch with them. I recently visited my hometown and spend many happy days there. The day I returned, I was crying so much, all my emotions came to the surface.
take care,

s, i am happy to know i am not the only one crying...i always wonder if it would make more sense to live closer to them, but then it seems like my personal destiny takes me further away. hugs
