i have been writing about greywater system a few times already. and in my new home, we do have one! by now, all the water from the bathroom goes straight into the garden watering this little cherry tree, a black currant bush and some black berries aswell. so showering simply means nourishing the cherry tree….how great!
i am very tired. even after eight hours of sleep. i shouldn’t complain. perhaps it’s cause my body is not used to so much dancing anymore, this morning i seem to have muscle pain everywhere. but the week is ending today. and the tomatoes that i planted are slowly turning red. next week we go to virginia. after that to poland. project fixing the house will be on hold from my side. have a good day!
if we would have 30 hours instead of 24 each day, maybe i would manage to do all the things i want to? this night i made a silverbeet pie. yummy. and then i ate an awful amount of jelly beans for dessert. i skipped the pub evening but had a few glasses of wine with friends instead. and talked in particular about women. but i didn’t yet finish sewing, nor packaging letters and gifts i want to send abroad, i haven’t made those calls i was intending to, and a few books are dying to be read. at least life is not boring. and bones is here snoring next to me. good night.
by now, this will have to count as an ex-bangs. in spite of my typical swedish, flimsy hair which have the tendency to fall of more than to stay put, i do seem to have ALOT of hair lately.
i made a table cloth of the strawberries. plucked some flowers. drank coffee that tasted like rubber. sew some curtains. and tried to be creative creating another pair of curtains from our kimonos. and cleaned alot. this is my first week of five days at work since before the long tour. out of shape both physically and mentally. jihoo!
or at least relatively. with whole wheat. yum yum. i had a baking frenzy last night. yuko treated me to amazing homemade padthai for dinner, we snacked some of those buns and brownies. i felt sick later. goodbye april!
premiere for summer dresses. i am boiling red beets instead of cleaning. can’t seem to know how or where to begin. this house is just such a mess. and not my mess. and different point of views. ruby says, bring your stuff, and then we are forced to fix the place. i say, lets fix the place, and then i am motivated to bring my stuff. wanting the same thing, but how to get there is what differs. anyone has any good advice?
painting, and cleaning, and planning. getting rid of that horrible bed. dusting away thousands of dead flies. closets. discussing. compromise. and eating bamba inbetween. i found this cherry bowl in a second hand store yesterday. goodnight.

we spent most of our time in kiev reading. enjoyable to have the time for it. i finished two books. yuko laughed loud and ate bacon crisps while reading.
is spending time with yuko. we had a good time searching for restaurants in kiev, checking out the waitresses, reading&talking. lucky me.
yesterday i went to see a theater group with muslim, jewish and christian teenagers working and performing together. it was alot of fun! the first minutes i was remembered of teaching teenagers in the netherlands *they can be scary*, all their energy, all the issues connecting to identity, to their sexuality etc. but with all of that, this group seemed to have a warm bound to eachother that fascinated me.
after that we went to have pizza and drink beer *for a change, on a monday eve* and met a group of extremely interesting and sweet druze guys, happening to live in a marxistic community not far from here. and instead of leaving for bed, we ended up having a long conversation about….capitalism, communism, integralism… my brain was on fire after that.
and now, getting ready for kiev. another little tour. but a short one. thank god. this is my soundtrack right now. while having coffee in the sun.
