view from a walk

_MG_6794_MG_6778_MG_6796_MG_6786_MG_6813_MG_6769_MG_6821

so many beautiful places and organisms and telephone cables around me. it might seem like the one picture not fitting in the series, but I must admit I find them beautiful, for real, the cables.

this is a note from mother broccoli. I planted this broccoli, it must have been sometime in august. I have seen it grow from the tiniest little leave to a slender plant into a massive bush of broccoli, perhaps the tastiest broccoli I have ever put in my mouth. I guess that is how you feel when you are the parent. your heart goes all mushy just looking at it and you care for it with tenderness and eat it with pride.

I started caring for a new batch of sourdough as well. simply born out of rainwater, rye flour and micro-organisms from the air. it is about three weeks old and already produced three wonderful loaves of bread.

gotta keep my hands and head busy, dancing will never be enough.

love from mother broccoli and sibling of sourdough.

I enjoyed your little walk. I like the wires too..... & I know just the feeling about food you have grown yourself. It certainly does taste better. That is for sure!

There is something so special about the things we create and nurture with our own heart and hands...

We're only a continent away...you bring the bread and I have homemade blueberry jam. :)

I like your wild and unusual mix of pics and I'm totally impressed by your broccoli, I guess in this cold nordic climate it would only be a tiny sad thing.
You're a very busy at the moment...
Let the dough grow! Ha.
