wish i could explain that word and the associations that come with it. but i can not. and it has nothing to do with sinks, after all. or coffee cups. it just happened to be like that. and on the other hand, there are so many important moments that take place in the kitchen. but again, that is not my point.
just adding all those little moments together and it equals a life. yep, how strange isn’t that?
cutting walls with big, noisy tools *that i do not even know the name of*, then breaking the wall with a huge, heavy hammer, preferably while screaming. arrrrrghhh! just as therapeutic as digging and weeding in the garden. or baking a loaf of bread.

two great songs i keep singing this week, 1 and 2. and my ipod shuffle seems to have a spooky way of choosing tracks referring only to a certain period or a certain person, nothing else. is it supposed to be a hint of some sorts? thanks for your sweet comments on the last post, i am slightly behind with responding, but always happy to read. love and hugs.
i remember feeling so happy catching this moment in the subway in berlin quite some years ago.i think i just bought the postcard on some flea market. another trip down memory lane, going through all the photos i took before i had a digital camera. it makes me want to go back to photographing with film again. the shades and the colors are so different. wishing you a sweet sunday.

these days it is almost too cold to photograph. i can’t press the button with my gloves on and without them i soon loose the feeling in my fingers. but did i tell you that i love winter? i might just tell you again. sara♥winter. the sound of crunchy snow under your feet, crispy, frosty branches on the trees and cold air in your lungs.
on another note, should one wait for the wave or go chase one? hmmm. that’s the question.
can’t seem to find time for this. even though i have so many things i would like to show. there is real winter here. it seems like that is exactly what i needed. cold and white outside. cozy and warm inside. but no more words for now. they have escaped me.
